Works well just don't move around it.

Did not know what to actually happen but when I set it in my room after finishing the process my room smells really different I am going to doctor and hospital a lot and feel like sanitizing smells like in my room

Works great - warning it produces stinky ozone which is unhealthy for you and pets if you do not adequately air out the area after disinfectingThe motion sensor is super sensitive which is awesome because it makes me feel better having kids and pets just in case however, if you have any sort of small thing moving around it, say a piece of dust floating because there’s a fan nearby… it will keep shutting off. It might be annoying to you.

This is my 2nd UV light from this company. The first was a gift and made a loud noise and bright white flash the very first time using it, then would never to work again. I was looking for a whole room light, so I looked online and found the exact unit here on Amazon, so I ordered it. The controls on this 2nd lamp itself are very touchy and only want to respond part of the time. Since the unit has to be unlocked from the lamp and not the remote, that's a problem. After two uses earlier this week, I tried to use it today and now after a few seconds it turns off and has a weird smell - something between a chemical and burning - NOT the ozone smell you get afterwards. There was nothing near it to trigger the motion sensor either. I'm very disappointed.

First, the light is much smaller than it is made to appear in the product images which was disappointing in itself. Also, it does produce ozone which can be very irritating if the room is not ventilated after using the light. The light is also pretty cheaply made out of plastic. The concept of the function is pretty good, however then motion sensor malfunctioned after a single use. The motion sensor shut the light off as if it detected movement (when there was none and the room was closed up) then it comes back on for a moment, then shuts off again ... and again ... and again. I don't know if this is just poor engineering or a malfunctioning sensor, but for whatever reason the light was a one time use. I would highly recommend you shop for another brand and trust these bad reviews that are posted.

Works pretty good, but you have to deactivate the childproof lock every time you use it in a different room!! Directions say don't let UVC light escape when its in use, I Use a draft dodger at the bottom of the door to keep in the UV light. Also make sure to not go in room right away, it smells . let the room ventilate for about 15-20 min by cracking the door once your time is up. I set the timer on my microwave as a reminder.

Item didn’t work

Saftey control turned off by pressing two buttons at the same time is nessary to activate. Any movement or reflections into the space will shut unit off so it cant harm anyone. For use in vehicles park car in garage run cord through window and close all doors. Removes odors there also. I dont like spending money on anything but I do not regret this purchase. Owned two weeks.
