Not great in places with high humidity
It was great for about 3 weeks then got absolutely fried here in South Florida.

It worked perfect and replaced my circuit board exactly.
Worked great...sure glad my gate works again.

No inspection of used components
Circuit board is visible burned, voltage regulator is in pieces and one of the fuse receptacles is burned and damaged. Probably better to buy new. But at that point just buy a whole new kit for about the same and have some spare parts.

Did not work x2, awful customer service
My original MM gate opener worked for about 3 years until a lightning strike. I bought a replacement here that never worked in spite of an hour on the phone w tech support, then I got another replacement and it was the same story. They told me NOT to send it back until I got the replacement. I waited 20 days and never heard back. I called customer service and they asked why I hadn’t sent it back. I am now battling through this dilemma and looking at other options.

Missing connections/defective
The control board came in and was missing the connection points for the secondary gate, it was clearly burnt on the back. Completely defective product!
