It's a vitamin, you need it
Started working out again in my 30s. When I was in my 20s I would be sore for 3 to 5 days but imagine now! With these capsules and some Magnesium I am sore for 3 days max. Works well for me and I will buy again when I run out. I take 2 a day which will last a long time.
