Was missing parts and I was putting it together for grandkids a few days before Christmas. Huge disappointment because there wasn’t time to get the replacement parts before Christmas.

I really love this product and the happiness to put together the tamalo is just what I thought

Bought this for my daughter's Christmas present. So disappointed that I wasn't able to surprise her as I planned. ALL connectors were missing. Not even a piece was able to get together sooo disappointed

My daughter (3 at the time) loved this house but she is rough and tough and ended up bending the frame. Otherwise I would have gave a 5 star

If we weren't handy it would have been a real bummer, our set came with everything except for one connector, so we were almost completely built before we realized the piece was missing. We were able to fabricate a replacement connector and finish setup for the kids to enjoy.It's easy to set up and all the pieces fit together as they should, and the pad securely attaches to the tent cover with velcro. The flat framing for the entryway is excellent. The only thing I wish was that there was some securement points on the inside of the tent instead of just the velcro pad.Material seems very durable. Instructions were more than adequate. Only problem is a single missing piece. Plenty big enough for large twin toddlers and a plus size mom to all fit inside (awkward for adults to get in and out the door).
