Absolutely best capsules I’ve tried for sleep. Not sure if the seller has stopped doing them now as they always seem out of stock which I’m gutted about as these were the only ones that worked for me

I've been taking the magnesium glycinate supplement for a few weeks now, and I can already tell a difference in how I feel. I used to struggle with anxiety and had trouble sleeping, but since taking this supplement, I've noticed that I feel more relaxed and have an easier time falling asleep at night. I also appreciate that this supplement doesn't upset my stomach like some other magnesium supplements I've tried in the past. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it to others.

I didn’t try yet, so can’t comment about effectiveness but packing says 1500mg per serving, there is no way to achieve it since capsules are 500mg each. Although there were 62 capsules were packaged instead of 60.

I was pleased to find this Magnesium Glycinate supplement by Nutri-Things, because it ticks many of the boxes I look for in a magnesium supplement.For instance:-There are no nasties in this at all - no fillers, bulkers, all the things that so many supplements add in that can cause more harm than good.-The only ingredients are the magnesium biglycinate and the capsule shell (vegan friendly).-Glycinate is the form of magnesium I choose to take most often because it’s gentle on the stomach as well as being easily absorbed.-I like that they indicate how much elemental magnesium is in a daily dose of 2 capsules- 300mg- which helps you track how much you are taking, depending on your needs.-Packaged in an eco friendly way.-UK companyI was really pleased that the online information says they are made in the UK and have 3rd party testing for purity, also that they are allergen etc free. BUT when I got the package, none of these claims are on the packaging itself. Which raises a little concern for me, as I do like to be assured of what I am taking in my supplements. Nor does it have the GMP stamp for good manufacturing practice. But maybe these things just haven’t been put on the packaging.All in all a lot to appreciate about this supplement, I’m happy to keep taking it.

I started taking the magnesium glycinate supplement a few months ago to help with muscle cramps and soreness after working out.I've definitely noticed a difference in how my body feels, I have less soreness and feel more energized during my workouts.Overall, I'm really pleased with this supplement and will continue to use it as part of my daily routine

I've been taking magnesium made by another brand, for some time now. It really does help with sleeping, but I ran out and had forgotten to order more. Cue not sleeping until gone 5am, and when I did drop off, needing to get up for the loo as I wasn't in a deep sleep.I was a bit wary of trying another brand as I know the one I used works, but decided to give these a go. From the first night I was back to sleeping by about midnight, and in a much deeper sleep, so no getting up in the night. I don't feel like they make me drowsy like a sleeping tablet might, but they must do something as I do go off earlier.The ones I had before were 350mg each, so I was taking two. These are more than double that so I can take just one which works fine for me. You may want to fiddle with dosage to see what works for you.I would say that when you start magnesium it seems to make you a bit groggy in the morning for the first week or two. I didn't get that with these, but I suspect that's because I'm more used to them than I was when I started.The tabs come in a resealable bag rather than a pot, and they're relatively large, but not huge.

Having done a little research online I have found that there are other potential benefits associated with Magnesium Glycinate, as described by Nutri-Things on the packaging label.The capsules arrive in a 'letterbox friendly' flat paper pouch. The pouch has a zip lock and also is sealed when received - it is re-sealable using the zip-lock. I like the packaging very much as it's preferable to plastic (e.g. tubs) from an enviromental aspect. Also, knowing that it will post into a letterbox is a good thing too.In the pouch you get a 1 month supply - not the cheapest I have seen, but I very much like the fact that the capsules are manufactured for a UK company called "Nutri-Things" based in Leicester.The packet I recieved had a generous 'Best Before' date of 31st Dec 2024, along with a batch number.Each capsule is 750mg and the suggested use is 2 capsules per day - which happens to be the typical dose I take by choice. However, having two capsules per suggested dose does offer extra options depending on your preferences. The capsules are small and so very easy to swallow. The capsules are also Vegan Friendly.
