Easy to use and apply. Works on my laptop. Had no problems with any of the functions. My mic cover is quite loose so it tends to fall of a lot but when using stays in place. Not too fussed over that . A little uncomfortable over the head but not too bad

My office phone (Panasonic KX-NT551) has a dodgy speakerphone and I find it uncomfortable using the handset for long periods as I need to make notes on the computer while I talk, so I was looking for a headset that was compatible. The telephone has a 2.5mm microphone jack for a headset but the official ones aren’t available anymore (as the phone is quite an old model) and other ones are expensive. This headset plugs into the handset plug and works perfectly. It has buttons/dials to control the volume and mute the microphone as well as 2 switches to adjust to the required phone settings. On the Panasonic phone it worked on the default settings and didn’t need any adjustments. The only thing about using the phone in this way is you still need to leave the unplugged handset in the cradle and lift it up to get a dial tone (and put it down to end the call). But otherwise it works perfectly and now I can have hands free working with much better audio. 5 stars!
