It's Gorgeous
Always a little cautious with "renewed" electronics. No worries with this one! It's absolutely perfect, looks brand new, and the next closest refurbished of the same model I can find is more than double what I paid for this one. It was a steal and I can't be happier! This Envy lives up to the reviews, and then some for me. I don't need a laptop for much, and the tablet versatility was really appealing. It's more than fast enough for what I need it for. I wouldn't game on it, but for light business and entertainment, I'm over the moon for this machine!

May I purchase a functional laptop plz?
Just received my HP Envy today. Turned it on and it went straight to the blue death screen. $500 down the drain. I'm trying to troubleshoot it. Nothing is working. I'm 40. I own several computers, all which have been handed down to me. I finally buy my own computer and it won't even turn on. This is SERIOUSLY disappointing 😔Update: I ended up having to spend even more money on windows OS to fix it.
