Wow
Great TV and great picture.. BUT not as easy to set up and I feel that my old QLED 49" was better in sound and picture. I use an HD Air Antenna and it is not as clear as it was on my regular QLED TV. The colors are more blown up and the image is not as sharp and clear.Set up was easy, but the controls and functions are not easily accessible as it was on the QLED. The NEO QLED has some great new auto features and special gaming and menu functions, but I prefer the setting and menu mapping and selection of the QLED TV models instead.Watching Netflix is pretty good in HD mode but the blacks aren't as rich and color seems to exaggerated no matter the tweeks. If you don't watch watch HD and above, you'll see a lot of jagged edges and poor picture quality and fuzzy screen and pixels.Still working through the kinks and understanding all the control choices and it's only been a month... But if I had a choice, I'd have taken this back and gotten a regular 55"QLED 80 perhaps as I think the sound and picture is clearer and better.

99% I was sent a brand new TV for the price of "like new"
Coming from 32", 720p Samsung LCD from 2007 (which to Samsung's credit was still in perfect working order less one flaky HDMI port and a whining component), any cheap no-name UHD TV coupled with my already 4K capable Roku would have been a significant upgrade in every category except longevity, but I am extremely satisfied I picked this model, which sits at the lower end of Samsung's 2023 NeoQLED TV lineup. For the unacquainted, these are a step below the highest tier OLED panels, but a step up from the regular QLED and even cheaper yet Crystal UHD models you'd see at a big box store (which all still look great, modern TVs are overpowered). The image has a lot more contrast, less glare, and deeper blacks than my roommates 65" QLED model from a couple years ago.I really only stream these days, don't game, and don't even have a sound bar (I would recommend getting one, as the built in is tinny and doesn't project forward well), so most of the features and gimmicks are lost on me. I just wanted a bigger and sharper panel, and this one is incredible.Overall, I'm glad I went with a Samsung again. The remote is not intuitive whatsoever, the WiFi receiver isn't great, and Smart TV features and UI are a cluttered disaster that I would recommend replacing with a Roku, but to it's credit setup and control interaction with my Galaxy S23 was seamless, and performance of built in apps has been so good (one you get to them) that I haven't reconnected the Roku. Can't speak to Longevity, but Samsung TVs (at least the panels) have historically been rock solid. Build quality and materials on this lineup are incredible, the Smart features can easily be replaced with a newer Roku down the road, so I anticipate this will last a while.

Just horrible
Was coming from a lg oled that had burn in so decided to give something else a try . Did my research and found this Samsung tv . Tv arrived quickly actually a day before it was suppose to and Amazon was nice enough to just drop the tv off on my walkway and just leave . Unboxed it carefully put it on the stand .next came the connections . Went to plug my Ethernet and it would not fit . Kept trying but would not go in all the way . Turns out the back of the tv starts flush by imputs but after about an inch or less the tv raises up . Luckily I had a Ethernet that worked but had to run the new cable. Moved on to the hdmi which all went in even though it was a little tight space .next came the optical cable and again would not fit . Researched and found others had same problem and needed a 90 degree adapter so I placed order . Turned tv on and watched for about a hour . Returned later and put back on and started watching for about 2 hours and all of the sudden the screen went black and at first I though maybe it was updating next thing the screen flashes white and I hear 2 seconds of audio then back to a black screen then white flash and 2 seconds of audio. I noticed the power button on the bottom of the tv kept lighting up red and then off . The tv seemed to be cycling on and off . Tv would not respond to remote or tv button . Unplugged tv and it resumed the same activity. Went to Samsung site and found under trouble shoot a tv that keeps cycling on and off and first thing they say is unplug and if that don’t work contact us . So I contact them and again they say same thing unplug and I said I did that so they tell me to inspect power cord which I already did and said it fine . Next the tell me to plug directly in a wall outlet and not a surge protector so I tried that and it did not work . Next they said we can schedule a service of I can try to return tv so I opted to return so I came back to Amazon selected return as it’s defective and scheduled a pick up . They came 3 days later . It’s been almost 2 weeks and they still have not received tv back and they claim it takes a month to return my money . Luckily I am not strapped for cash and I ordered a new tv and I decided to go back to lg oled and have been extremely happy with this lg oled . I feel oled has come a long way since my last one and hope this time I won’t have burn in . Can’t recommend this tv as it lasted only a few hours and the connection on the back of the tv are just horrible .

Step up!
We stepped up one level from our existing tv and it was such a welcome change. The glare and picture are so much better than the Samsung below this one!
