I purchased this Siberian ginseng after reading several articles on the health benefits. I found a weight loss product which contained the Siberian ginseng plus a few other ingredients and they are recharging $60 a bottle. Once I realized Siberian ginseng was the key ingredient I ordered this version for a lot less money from Amazon. It’s a company I trust because it is made in France with higher standards and I have previously purchased three other products from this company. The quality seems great for the price. Several studies touting the benefits of Siberian ginseng, which is ironically not really ginseng. One article was a Harvard study on the weight loss benefits which stated some participants losing up to 1 pound a day after adding the Siberian ginsing to their daily routine. Other studies showed drastic 30% increases in physical stamina, increased mental focus and clarity. Not sure I experienced increased stamina, but also there is no “crash” in the middle of the day as with some ginseng products and overall I do feel better taking it. Curious to see if I lose any weight after long-term use. I’ve only been taking it a few days.

I sometimes take this product for energy without the jittery feeling and crash of stimulants. I feel it helps.

So much packaging or bottling does not work well. This one works great and tastes great.

Fight cold

Bought this to help manage my sugar levels. I Don’t know if it’s working as of yet but I can say that it is easy to use and has only a slight sweet taste if added to water. Other drinks you don’t taste it at all.

This is tasteless, and so mixes well with any drink. Gives steady energy throughout the day

The flavor is great but I bought this to hopefully give me more energy and I didn’t really notice a difference.

Tastes so bad I couldn’t take it.
