The best thing I have added to my life for a long time - I have suffered with chronic ear blockages, infections, itchiness and ear wax for as long as I remember - I am regularly deaf in one ear due to wax, and was once told I had narrow ear canals, and on the odd occasion years ago, I would get ears syringed at the doctors, which would help massively. I am shocked this has worked so so well to allow me to hear clearly after a 30 second to 1 minute session, and I weirdly love seeing the lumps quickly come out into the tray and a sudden feeling of emptiness and clarity for my hearing! There are multiple settings for poeer so you can try it out on a low setting to get used to it first, and the device seems robust, with all the bits needed to clean the ears out just as it felt like it would do when getting them professionally cleaned. I very rarely write reviews on Amazon but for anyone suffering with ongoing deafness and blockage, it is SO worth a try. First time I used olive oil for a few days to soften the wax (as I used to be told before attending the doctors) but the last two times I've just had a go without the olive oil and it has worked fine too. Genuinely life changing for me, an absolute win of a purchase!!

cleared two large pieces of compacted wax from both of my ears, and now my hearing is greatly improved, especially higher frequencies, everything sounds sharper. bags of crisps are very noisy now lol. I didn't realise how clogged my ears were, they've always been a hassle because of my allergies, and I got a big case of vertigo upon removing the first piece of wax from my left ear, only lasted a few minutes though. But I'm very happy with the results, no pain, would recommend. :) my right ear was more stubborn, so i had to ditch the included tray and bend over the bathroom sink, so i could get more range of motion. when you've got the tray under your ear, you're a bit limited with the angles you can spray the water in. so give that a go, but it does get messy if it works.

I'm not going to say I was skeptical (like almost everyone else with their reviews, starting to think they're bots with their consistency of saying such) simply put, if it doesn't work, it gets returned for a full refund. Thankfully, I have not had to do that with this.Build quality is pretty sturdy, not had it break out of the several uses it's had so far. Love that it has a USB-C port for charging (makes it much easier for me since I have that as a standard charger) size and comfort is okay, just a bit awkward at first to keep perfectly upright with the water container getting in the way of my shoulder, but you get used to it after a few uses.One thing I will advise to everyone however when it comes to ear cleaning is preparation. Hardened wax is going to take longer to remove, and you will have to run it a little longer in order to remove the wax you have in there. If you have a bit of olive oil or eardrops, put a drop into each first leave it there for a good few hours at least, then this device will have a much easier time flushing everything out. Also, the hotter you have the water, the better, just as long as you don't make it too hot where it discomforts you and makes you dizzy. Ear wax just shifts easier with hotter water.Overall, I am pleased with this so far. I will adjust my review if anything changes. But for now, here's hoping it lasts for many many more uses!

After years of getting my ears syringed at the local health centre, I found that they no longer perform this service. As I suffer from blocked ears every year at hay fever time, I decided to buy this machine and, IT WORKS. Make sure that you use olive oil drops in the affected ear for a few days before cleaning in order to soften the earwax. Use warm tap water in the machine and the amount of grunge that comes out of your ear is unbelievable. I did it once and my ear was still slightly blocked so I left it overnight, applied olive oil again the following morning, used the machine for a second time and 2 large lumps of earwax appeared in the "catch basin". Urgh! However, a slight pop in my ear and I can hear again!Miracle? No, but after days of gradually getting more and more deaf, it certainly feels like it! Well worth the money and time involved.
