Absolutely love these for several health benefits. If you've been sick, they are great to help replenish electrolytes. If you've been outside all day working, hanging at the beach, or any kind of activity that causes you to sweat a lot, these are your best friend! I also purchase these for when I am traveling. You can become dehydrated very quickly, and this is beneficial for re-hydration. Every single time I have felt tired or run down and suspect dehydration, I drink one of these in my water bottle and I almost instantly feel better. Every single time! The strawberry lemonade tastes and smells amazing! They are so easy to use, just tear off the top and put in a 16oz. water bottle. For me, the quality is great, and they always help. These do have sugar, so be careful if you can't have sweets. I would recommend their sugar-free option if that is an issue.

Okay, I definitely thought that was going to taste poorly but would at least get me rehydrated after long workouts and yoga followed by sauna and steam room sessions (I can't help myself). I'm pleasantly surprised that this tastes very, very good. There isn't a weird, fake sugar taste. There isn't any unpleasant taste at all and this actually tastes GOOD and makes my water MORE delicious, and I'm somebody who really does not like any flavoring in their water. I've always believed pure is better than anything, but I was getting horrible headaches and nausea after my workouts/spa sessions and it was leading to me to eat more and drink sugary sports drinks to feel better. I really needed this a long time ago, but I'm glad I found it. The strawberry lemonade is a great flavor. I feel ready for my workout tomorrow!
