I tape my mouth closed at night and wear a nasal strip. It keeps me from snoring and having to use my cpap machine. I put a strip of tape starting right under my nose then straight down over tightly closed lips, then down over, and under my chin. This is the ONLY tape I have used that does not make my skin raw and red when I take it off in the morning. Its perfect!

I usually don’t write reviews so I definitely didn’t expect to be so moved by medical tape of all things but after ordering this despite the reviews saying it didn’t stick, I am very happy to report that it sticks impressively well. Lasts all day in a high friction spot under my clothes, and it’s actually still very secure and takes some light strength to pull off in the evenings. If I remove it to reposition, it adheres again just fine.I think that the issue with it not sticking is either due to not following the instructions and applying only to clean skin, or people might just be unlucky and have oily skin that doesn’t adhere well with the tape. As a dry skin haver, I have no complaints at all, and this tape doesn’t dry out my skin to the point of painfully cracking the way that most medical tapes do. My new favorite, as someone who uses gauze and tape as go to for wound care!

This tape is the best silicone take we have found— and we have tried so so many. We use it for our son’s g-tube care and holding his oxygen cannula on his face. It’s gentle but sticks very well! It comes off the skin very nicely and isn’t painful. I haven’t tried reusing it, but it lasts at least 24 hours for holding his g-tube gauze!

I use silicone tape to hold pain management devices in place because anything else tears up my skin. This tape is easy to use and gentle enough, but like many other brands, it falls off too easily. I have found a couple brands that will last a full 24 hours, so I'll be switching back to one of them.

It doesn’t sick as I would’ve liked it to have, but if it’ll work in a pinch

Worked well for securing my infant daughter’s oxygen cannula to her face. I used two pieces near her temples. I would buy it again. Seems to be easy on her skin.

This product was recommended for use as a mouth tape during sleep. Mouth taping forces nose breathing vs open mouth breathing. Nose breathing at night eliminates dry mouth and snoring. You'll experience a deeper, more restful, regenerative sleep. You don't have to cover your entire mouth. A small strip placed vertically over the center of the lips is sufficient, calming fears of not being able to breath should your nose clog. It is quick to become accustomed to it, and it is easily removed in the morning. No pulling, skin damage, or irritation. I find it works very well.
