Although this mug can be used for holding hot liquids, beware...extreme caution is needed when washing. As you will see from the picture it is NOT dishwasher safe. Saying that my daughter does want another one, so Dad will have to do the washing up from now on!

My wife received this mug as a gift from someone.We noticed upon unpacking the mug that it said not to wash in the dishwasher, but after a couple of week's use it needed a proper clean so we left it soaking in water for three hours. Unfortunately this made the "disappearing" coating peel from the mug, totally negating the point of it.Now we're left with a two week old mug that's fit for the bin. If you decide to buy this, don't soak it in water, god knows what would have happened if we'd put it in the dishwasher!

I don’t know whether I was unfortunate and just got a faulty one but my Henry is already coming off in less than six months even though I take great care washing it. Obviously these are very expensive so I’m very disappointed with it
