I was initially wary of buying this model iPad because of the complaints about the battery charging and the battery in the customer reviews. The iPad that I got seems new and charged from 62% to 100% in a couple hours. The battery is now at 100% and I’ve been using it for about half an hour. I’ll update this review if I have problems with the battery but as of now I am thrilled with the value of this purchase.The charger supplied was brand X so maybe that is why people are having charging problemsUpdate: problem. 32 gigs of memory is not much. I installed a few apps like Gmail and Amazon and Charles Schwab and then tried to do the update for the software. I did not have enough memory available to do the update until I went back and deleted the apps. I still like this iPad and it has plenty of memory remaining for what I need, but even just 64 gigs would be much nicer so I could do updates without having to delete apps. I still think this all this iPad will work fine for me for my purposes despite it being on the verge of obsolescence. But at this price, I simply cannot complain. You do get what you pay for in the iPad world.

This iPad has high battery life. Screen is clear and sound quality is amazing. No issues with net speed or apps being open. Very easy to use. The tablet quality is well made.

Have had it for less than three months and it won't charge. Not the charger or charger cord as have tried way too many and none work - yet they will charge other devices. Luckily I'm in the return window, and nice that they give you a year to return it, but when you get minimal use it's quite frustrating and not worth the money saved if you have to keep re-buying and sending stuff back. Disappointed.

I ordered this for my granddaughter one drop and the screen cracked very bad I didn’t have the option to add the insurance when I ordered it so I’m out of my money

This came looking like new with nice packaging. turned on right away & already had a screen protector on it. The battery lasted more than 8 hours, possibly more but I wasn't watching closely.I'm very happy with it - was able to download apps and transfer info seamlessly. Hoping to use it for pdf sheet music.
