I use as phsio-therapy tape for playing golf.
I use to support my index finger with a strained ligament. I place it so that it lifts the skin and provides support. It reduces strain and soreness on my hands. It would work for many different physiotherapy needs.

Not to bad
I like the width of this tape and lengt, it's wider and longer than others. It's pretty thin for fast release but the only flaw (in my opinion) is the residue.

Bowling Tape.
I usually order the thumb tape from the pro-shop ($15.00).This product is very good, I cut the tape in half. I will buy again.The tape does no curl or come off during league play or Tournaments.

Not great for sweaty hands.
I bowl once a week and am a naturally sweaty man. So, I end up having to reapply these strips to my fingers 5 or 6 times per session of bowling. The adhesive is not strong enough and leaves residue behind. Which I'm fine with as long as it sticks well.
