The products by LorAnn is phenomenal. The size & quality is excellent. I buy in the craft store & if my flavor is not available I get from offline. My specialties is the vanilla bean paste, pure vanilla extract & cookie butter. Cookie butter is great for snicker doodle cookies🤣❤. A lot of the stores carry similar products but a lot of them are smaller in size & quality is not as good. Without mentioning some famous popular brand names they come in small sizes & are expensive. LorAnn tastes & quality is excellent & price reasonable & the size is acceptable I just brought a bottle of the pear flavor to use in some pear tea. Yummm-Meeee Delicious. My husband makes a drink from Ginger and requires pear juice. We had been buying real pears and slicing them for juice. Pear extract makes it easier as we only need a few drops at a time. Will keep this product on hand so will order more.

I wouldn't say I like using the powder flavoring recommended for making macarons because it never tastes as it should or I expect it to.I have had considerable success using many flavors by this brand. This makes an amazing sorbet!! A teaspoon of extract, with 1 can of pears in heavy syrup, and a splash of coconut water, my absolute favorite sorbet tied only with my obsession with making licorice ice cream!

I'm VERY thankful to ALL companies out there making flavorings without sweeteners- I salute all of you!!! This Pear by LorAnn is Delicious and is very happy in water- I've only used it for my water so far, but it is amazing that way! It has a sort of Red Vine (the licorice candy) flavor to it, making it a great finishing note. It's on my top three list of water flavors now! I started with the 1 oz. size to try it, and next I will be ordering the 4 oz.. This flavor will be a staple in my house as long as LorAnn makes it : )

I used this to flavor water. Not very concencrated as described. I had to use a lot to get any flavor at all. Don't waist your money.

I REALLY wish these listings would provide more information on whether these flavors are water, alcohol, or oil based because I bought SO MANY of these thinking they were oil based, but this one (along with other flavors) is water based. It's unusable to me because I wanted these for lip balms---water/alcohol do NOT mix with lip balm formula.PLEASE MAKE THIS BASIC INFO CLEARER. I can't even return these.
