Poor engineering.
This was very difficult to use. This was partly due to the hanger being installed backwards, the plastic forms which were to hold the plastic open to catch the water broke and the upper shield had to be removed in order to install and use.

Horrible instructions
Horrible instructions, not at all as simple as they say. Would not recommend or ever buy again. The cheap $34 ones are a way better user friendly item
