These are amazing products, just like their name. Although when I started purchasing these i feel like the formula was different back then, I would wake up the next day and feel or see a visible difference in body inflammation, now when I purchase these they don't seem as potent. Seems like they changed something in the formula and not for the best either. Im going to be looking for more potent brands now since these seem to have been compromised in strength.

Works good for me to take with a protein heavy meal that I know will typically give stomach discomfort because of digestive issues. A little chalky texture if you accidentally bite any loose pieces and quite dry to swallow. I typically try to take it in a spoonful of applesauce.

Not sure about this one. It does not look like the same stuff I got the first time I ordered it. It was NOT pure white like this one is.

Inasmuch as I'm rather adverse to pharmaceuticals, I needed some relief from a torn hamstring so researched a holistic form of pain relief. The first result was an herbalist recommending a tea made from the leafy tops of pineapples and ginger. . .fair enough, I'll try it. Amazingly it helped. Seems the tops of the pineapples contain the most bromelain (who knew?). Soooooo, I took it one step further and made my life easier; I ordered this bromelain which I was able to take throughout the day on an empty stomach (up to 2000 mg a day). It didn't completely eliminate discomfort, but it made it totally bearable and no nasty side effects. Also learned that in Germany, bromelain has been approved for the treatment of swelling and inflammation after surgery.By all means, do your own research and discover all the things bromelain is beneficial for. . . it's amazing!!
