Strength and Condition at home
I always hate getting stared out in the gym. Which is exactly why I bought this over the door band system! I feel like I can get in and out of the guest room/workout room less time than it ever took me to drive across down to the gym. I’m not sacrificing strength either as there are multiple resistance levels included in this system. Strength goals coming in hot!

Not horrible, not great
My wife suffers from horrible back pain occasionally which can mostly be alleviated through popping her back. I thought this would be a good tool to add top our arsenal. I like how it attaches to a door and has multiple anchor points for different exercises. I first tried it and found when using it from the third setting up (nearest to the door knob for us) that it decompressed my back a bit, but I can get same effect (and more satisfying) from hanging from a pull-up bar.My wife tried it a few different ways and wasn't overly impressed, but she also isn't in excruciating pain at the moment. She said that she mostly felt it squeezing her head as opposed to relieving pressure from her back. Also, when using the lowest setting, be careful how much tension you apply. I noticed the bottom of the door being pulled out of the door jam. If we'd been on the other side of the door this wouldn't have been a problem. There are some cool resistance exercises that you can do with this and I think that is what we will mostly use this for. As for the back pain, the jury is still out, but it's not looking as promising as we'd hoped.

Hurt my neck
It isn't strong enough to hold like the photo. The door hanger also has so much movement when you pull on it that you haven't to keep moving to get in the right position. (It was installed tight, its just the material and they say to expect it to come out from the door like a bow)

Exactly what I needed
Fit perfectly on door very easy to use and set up. Lots of options.

Pretty good for big guys.
I am 6'2" and 400 lbs, and the strap hold up to me pulling as hard as I can as I lay on the floor on my back to decompress spine. Head strap could be more adjustable, sometimes Velcro strap pops off...

This product was
Fairly easy to put together as long as you're a DIY sort of person. The instructions are pretty easy to read, just don't get ahead of yourself. I love mine. I do think it gives me a great deal of really from my arthritic neck pain

maybe it's user-error?
I'm having a heck of a time trying to make this work. To me, it seems like the issue is the included head straps. They just don't hold my head securely enough to actually get the traction aspect to work. I've got it set up right, I'm clipped onto a middle-height D-ring, but I place myself close, I place myself further, place myself in between, and there's really no pressure aspect that I can get to pull on my head/neck with the pulley grip system. It comes with everything that it's supposed to, there seemed to be no issues with any of the pieces themselves, other than the spare clip feeling relatively cheap. So I gave it three stars thinking my issues could be a user-related problem, and maybe not everyone experiences this issue. But for me personally, this did not work. I'm contemplating taking it down entirely rather than continuing to try and make it work.

Not Good Quality
The straps are cheap, thankfully the clips are metal so you don’t snap your neck in two.
