Great product! If you are serious about upping your grip strength, then these CoC grippers will help! I love strength training & treat grip like any other muscle group. I always wanted to try these & after buying a number 2.5 am so glad I did. I can close it to an inch of fully closing so it is tough!! When I can fully close so handles touch for 10 consecutive reps each hand I will buy the number 3 & hopefully get certified! on it too!. I do 2 warm up sets of 10 reps on a 150lb Strength Shop gripper then do 2 sets of 4 reps twice a week at the moment (will up soon) & already notice a better grip. Combined with the other exercises I do for grip I am confident the CoC grippers will take my grip to new levels that without I would never achieve. Yes the knurling bites but come on, man up peeps!! ;)

I bought this for my son, as in the past I competed in grip competitions (yes, there are such things).These are the gold standard. This brand is the only one you can meaningfully certify on, so stop wasting money on others, buy these.

The standard for increasing strength
The CoC are the standard for training your grip strength. Unfortunately, I do not know what possessed me to buy 2.5 as I can barely close them. Due to the excellent quality and durability of CoC, I bought the No2. CoC as well, which I now use for everyday training and trying to make my way to easily close the 2.5.Recommend.

Top quality grippers, beautifully made.The 2.5 grippers that I ordered to be honest were a little too strong so I ordered the number 2 and after a couple of weeks using them I could start closing the 2.5. I have asked my wife to get me the number 3 for Xmas.Excellent product, highly recommended for anyone serious about grip training

Fantastic quality and finish - very helpful for building grip strength.
This product has been engineered with high quality design and finish. I purchased the level 2.5 which I can now nearly close, after a few weeks of attempting to close it.I highly recommend this product, it's worth the money and feels like it's built to last a lifetime.

Best quality hand grips around
Best quality hand grips around. Still can't close my one, though, 1/10 for being too hard to close. Only joshin', you can't do better than these if you want to develop devastating grip strength strong enough to crush the windpipes of your foes.

Good if you put the effort in
Not really a tool for hypertrophy but working up to the higher levels will drastically increase strength of the fingers and forearms which may carry over to other heavy barbell exercises. Will also give you a notoriously firm handshake.
