Excellent seller. Responsive. Great price.
Unfortunately product was not right for my nephews. Returned to seller with no issues at all. Refunded very quickly and communication was easy. I would highly recommend this seller and the quality of products.

The most fun headset I own!
The PSVR2 offers access to Sony's lineup of exclusive virtual games/ experiences! I've immensely enjoyed playing Resident Evil Village from start to finish! It was incredible. Call of the Mountain as also pretty good. My worst problem with this headset is setting it up om my face so that the image will be as sharp as possible, which is a pain in the @$$. It took me 2 weeks to figure out how to make the image sharp, but the game resolution is pretty low, so games will not be as sharp as possible, but the image is still a lot better than PSVR1. Comparable to Quest 3 is a totally different experience. QUest 3 is eay to set up and the image is sharp overall. But it does not have force feedback in the headset, which is great, and it does not have beautiful graphics, like Playstation games. The game graphics in Quest 3 are similar to the ones from PC games in the year 2000. Overall, I'm happy. Can't wait to try No Man's Sky in PSVR2 and maybe I'll also buy the PC adapter to experience Halflife Alyx again. Edit: My worst problem is that it malfunctioned after one month and I have to return it to Amazon. Id didn't turn on any more. It might be a cable problem, but I took good care of it overall, so I don't understand why I have this problem.

Be fully informed before making any decisions
I was excited to get the PSVR2 after the raving reviews and countless YouTube videos saying how wonderful it is. I don’t believe this to be the case after experiencing it myself and comparing it to other VR headsets I’ve used in the past.Finding the “sweet spot” to be able to view the world around you with clarity is almost impossible. When you do finally get yourself into a position to be able to see clearly, the slightest knock of the headset can ruin it, making everything blurry again. The easiest way to describe it, is the same as what you see the morning after a heavy night of drinking. The counter-argument I’ve seen many times is that “It’s not going to be the same graphics as what you see when playing on a television and blur is expected”While that is obviously true, the problem isn’t the graphics (which are amazing) nor is it the motion blur (which is an expected, everyday, gameplay feature) . it’s the constant off-focus aspect to it all. This seems to be a hardware problem and not something that can be 100% fixed with an update. The battery in the controllers does not last very long but a lot of the games available do not require you to do too much movement, so you can charge them while you play assuming that you have more than one charger available and ones long enough as to not impede on your gameplay. There are also moments where all of a sudden the game you are playing stops because the play area cannot be recognized.Considering I spend the majority of my gameplay sitting down and with the more often than not requirement to have the lights on whilst playing, there shouldn’t be a problem if you’re doing nothing to alter your surroundings, yet there is and for that reason there doesn’t seem to be much of path forward when trying to troubleshoot the issue.Motion sickness does happen but that is to be expected, I wouldn’t say it’s as bad as some of the other VR headsets out there but nevertheless, it is present.I know this isn’t a glowing review and of course there are many positives to the PSVR2 which I haven’t stated, but people are going to be spending over £500 on this, the negatives need to addressed and people need to know exactly what they’re getting without getting distracted by the glitz and glamour of it all.I would recommend finding someone you know that has already purchased the PSVR2 and try it out before buying it yourself. That way, it lowers the risk of you having £500+ worth of equipment lying in a box, collecting dust.I’d also recommend doing more research on the pros and cons of the PSVR2 from the general public only, steering clear of companies, big names and accounts on YouTube/Twitter etc whom more often than not, get the products for free and get paid to create a buzz to boost its sales.
