Shame they were so arrogant
I ordered eau de perfume. EDT arrived, unfortunately, as I work, I had to arrange redelivery, so I had no time to sort out another gift. I complained in retrospect.The company asked for photographic evidence it was EDT, which I supplied: obviously the perfume had been used...The arrogant response I received 'gave me the benefit of the doubt' and said I would receive a refund of the difference between EDT and EDP, but a condition was attached:-. 'However as you have now contacted us and given us a chance to resolve we would be willing to give you the benefit of the doubt and offer a courtesy £13 recompense which would be the cost of the EDT.But first we must ask that you revise your feedback purely because you gave us no communication or chance to resolve any issue you claim to have before leaving the feedback'.I leave the reader to make their own decision!
