Easy on, exactly as described

It's not really too small, just put it on a certain way.
I thought the cover was too small, but found out by trial and error, that one has to put it on a certain way. Put the cover over and behind the steering wheel, and then bring it forward and stretch it on from behind. It is hard to stretch, but just get mad and use your strength. Once on, I love it.

Doesn’t fit Ford F-150
This item said it would fit my Ford F-150 but they were incorrect. It’s too small!! Couldn’t even get it around the wheel.
