Overall pleased with Lactoferrin
My abdomen is definitely less bloated when I use Lactoferin. Capsules are easy to swallow and don’t have any aftertaste. They are also vegetarian, but not vegan (Lacto = milk). I’m currently taking an iron supplement, but it’s only been a couple weeks, so too soon to notice any difference on iron absorption. Overall, I am pleased with this product.

My wife is taking these to improve her slight anhemia
