I'm obsessed with water spinach, it's so good! My nearest market that sells it is pretty far, which is a pain. So, I figured I'd try growing my own. I'm glad I tried this out. It literally take less than a week to grow and I now have fresh water spinach in my garden and don't need to take a long trip to the market to find them.

Good germination
I had very good germination with these seeds. I'm growing this warm weather vegetable in a cold greenhouse using a warm water Kratky Method. So far they are a couple inches tall and look like they are going to do well. I love to cook Ong Choy, but the market price is way too high during the winter, so I'm glad to for this success.

Don't waste your money
The seeds were not healthy, germination took long time and plants were not grew healthy, very disappointed
