I was a bit dubious about this doing anything but having used the belt for a month - it works brilliantly! Just be realistic, if you have extra belly fat just wearing a 'miracle' belt is not going to do enough. However, if you moderate you're diet, do exercise and use this abs stimulator then you will notice results. I like to wear the belt whilst on an exercise bike and you can really feel a good workout - its powerful stimulation with loads of different pattern vibrations and strength variation!! It feels soft and is plenty wide enough to contract your muscles! Worth the money

I have been using this belt for 3 weeks and here is my assessment:- It is well designed and easy to use- The controller charges up quickly, holds charge for a reasonable time and it is powerful (At least 4 out of the 6 settings)- With a combination of change in diet, exercise and using the belt, I have lost half a stone from 11.5 to 11.- Cons: To be honest, I have not come across any specially when I compare this with other belts that I have previously tried way more expensive than this.-

Bought this as a tide over untill returning to the gym, always a bit sceptical about these things but happily surprised that it worksCan feel stomach muscles contracting when using it, good range of settings and can specify specific workouts.Battery life is good and looks well madeClearly won't substitute gym work out alone but good compliment to it

I (like some other people who posted reviews) was a little dubious as to how effective it would be. When it arrived I was Initially disappointed, it was advertised as 'high quality leather' but it looked more like cheap plastic to me. That said after using it for a few week I am starting to see the effects.Would have given a higher rating if the leather was real or even if the price was cheaper to compensate for the cheaper material.

This broke after just 2 weeks and after complaining to the seller they promised to send a replacement but it never arrived. in the end we had to contact amazon customer services who agreed to refund us once they had collected it from us.

Best value for money. I've been using this muscle stimulator for a few weeks, and I'm amazed at the results. My muscles feel more toned and defined. It's so easy to use, and I love that I can do it from the comfort of my own home.

I'm impressed with this Abs stimulator, never tried one before and wasn't sure what to expect. Used it for 2 weeks now and can feel a difference. I've just tried the first 2 modes, haven't gone beyond level 8 as it packs quite a punch. Really surprised at its power and variety of stimulation.Using the fine water sprayer makes using the abs stimulator easy to use, none of the mess associated with using gel.Definitely going to be using this daily, I'll need to work on losing some weight and continue excercising to help tone the stomach area. Highly recommended.

The belt is still working but the control display has gone faulty missing led segments within 2 weeks. Not sure if it's building any abs yet to early to tell.
