As far as I'm concerned this is almost the perfect chair. Not that bad to assemble by myself. The S formed back of chair fits perfectly like a glove to support my lower back like no other; the same is true for the headrest. The armrest pads are very thick and comfortable and can be taken off if not needed. Well made, beautiful looking, the only thing I might want is the chair would lean back another 30 degrees so I could put my feet up on my office desk. All in all, one of the best, if not the best, purchase I've made from Amazon. I buy a lot of items online from Amazon in almost all categories. I love thjs chair!

I bought this chair for my home office and it is exactly what I wanted, at a great price point.Pros: Assembly was easy (took ~15min) and it was perfectly comfy right out of the gate. Hydraulics seem fine, and the seat (with no additional cushion) is supportive for sitting all day for a desk job.Cons: The neck rest just baaaarely fits my neck and I am 5’6”. You could just not install it and the chair would be fine, but it’s something to keep in mind if you are tall or have a long torso. Also the wheels don’t rolls super smoothly, but now I’m just nitpicking.Overall, I think this chair offers decent build quality at a fantastic price.

For reference, I am 5’4 and petite and this chair is the perfect fit for me! It’s comfortable and the support is decent. Before purchasing I read some reviews that said the neck rest is too low - I could definitely see this being an issue for anyone taller than I am! (The picture are of the neck rest at the highest it can go). As for assembling, it took my boyfriend about 30 min to put together and pretty easily. The chair itself is very sturdy so far and stable. I do have to mention THE SMELL. Wow. I was not expecting such a chemically smell and it is immense.. so strong it made my stomach hurt, but I’m also very sensitive to strong odors. Hopefully that smell goes away.. and soon! Otherwise, it’s a great office chair and functions as it should - not to mention, it goes perfect with my color scheme 😁

This chair was so easy to put together, all told it was under 30 minutes for me. I love the color, sort of a robin's egg blue-green with white, it brightens up my little office area. I bought this chair to help ease some of the issues I have when working related to hypermobility and chronic pain that is aggravated by computer work. For me, this chair is a good size, fits me well, armrests are at a good spot to relieve some stress and can be moved raised or lowered, and the seat is wide enough for my booty to increase a few more sizes. My only issue is the headrest - it's sort of head adjacent rather than a functional headrest for me. It only moves slightly up or down about 1/2 an inch, and does not move forward or back. I read that in some reviews, but having never had a chair with a headrest I didn't understand why that additional movement matters. I am about 5'7" and have not had furniture vs head issues before that I'm aware of. I will likely keep it as the chair is so comfy and functional in every other way and seems very sturdy. If your head fits perfectly into the loving embrace of the headrest please bask in the knowledge that you are one of the universe's favorite children and I have to spend whatever money I might have saved for a footrest on therapy for my newly aquired weird head complex.

Excellent product, resistant materials, it fulfills its function, aesthetically it is very elegant and most importantly, perfectly comfortable.

I got this chair on sell so I'm judging it by a $210 USD chair. I'm also not a fan of mesh chairs but this one isn't to bad for now ( in time the mesh gets loose will update if that time ever comes)Assembly is easy has everything labeled in a small paper and package of screws with special L wrenchSeat cushion is pretty good even for skinny people where they might need more cushioning.Back support and frame is great has semi adjustable back support.The armrest feel good they are just to low for my liking and will be way too low if you add a cushion later down the line I'm not sure how long the seat cushion will last as I just got the seat and everything feels sturdy and high quality.NO reclining control all you get is the basic twisty thing on the bottom of the chair that makes reclining more stiff or soft which is a big turn of for me.Headrest is passable its on the higher level then i can fully use even on the lowest setting and when you add a set cushion on top of the chair its to low on the highest setting (might be ok if your under 5'5. I'm 5'10 and its passable like I said).Quality of the materials is sturdy , EXECPT the wheelsthe wheels just get locked up in one direction so if you try and push yourself backwards you kinds just spin to the left or right having to scoot multiply times to get 3 feet away.over all for 210 USD I would recommend if you sit for 7+ hours and like mesh chairs its just the bad wheels and reclining that will be the biggest things this chair needs.
