At first I was a little scared to use it but then after putting it on and finding the perfect setting I was good to go. The effectiveness from this is amazing and it fits so well. Love that it’s adjustable and the material is good. I like that I can workout while working from home. It’s marvelous and definitely worth the price.

I didn’t really get to use it until few weeks after delivered. Then use it less than a week, then it starts to shock here and there, too…yes, electricity shock! So I stop using it. I don’t think it’s safe or healthy to use it. I wish I’ve contacted Amazon to return before the 30 days. Waste of money.

I like the eight different modes, but I need to use it more often to see if it truly does the job. It is intense and takes some getting used to, but overall, I like how it feels on my abs, arms, and calf muscles. No complaints.

The velcro is terrible and does not hold when you strap it on. You sit down and get up and it falls off. It cost no more money to use a more course velcro. I had to throw it away and buy a different brand.
