Wallace and Gromit Querkles Paperback – October 10, 2017

Great fun, especially for fans of Wallace and Gromit. A bit larger in size than the other querkles books. A nice addition and a great way to try out color combinations and see different results. Only drawback I can see is the pages are not perforated as in the other books so need to cut out or leave in book.

LOVE this artist and love this book! Not as difficult as his Spiroglyphic books, but just as fun.TIPS:Use fluorescent highlighters for a fun set of colors.Don’t worry if you make a mistake! It’s supposed to be fun and these pages are very forgiving. One mistake will not ruin the image!Take pictures as you color in the bubbles, to show how the image magically appears.

First off, I have to say that I am totally in love with Querkles! I've bought all five books, and this author is amazing! If you are a creative type who loves adult coloring books, but also enjoys using your left brain for mind bending puzzles, then this is definitely the right fit for you. It is so much fun to start out with a bunch of random circles and end up with a masterpiece. I've used markers and colored pencils, and both turned out equally good. I think it strictly comes down to personal preference, and I like to alternate what I use. I will say that I enjoyed the Animals and Masterpieces books the most because of the variety of pictures. This book, along with the Cats and Icons books can get a little repetitive. I prefer being surprised by my work in progress, and hope that the author makes more books with a greater variety in the future.That being said, I feel I have to downgrade my review on this particular book for one major reason... The pages aren't perforated. This might not seem like a big deal, but when working with such large pieces of paper, it's nice to be able to remove them from the book so that you can color them on a totally flat surface. All of the other books in this series have had perforated pages, so I'm not sure why this one would be any different. But it's worth being aware of if you're going to make the purchase.All-in-all, I’d say go ahead and pick your favorite book, and give Querkles a shot - I promise, you won't be disappointed!HINT: If you are going to use markers, I suggest starting with the lightest color first, and gradually working to the darkest. For instance, color all the 5's, then all the 4's, and so on till you get to all the 1's. This will prevent the darker colors from bleeding and give you crisper lines. I have attached a series of pictures so that you can see the process.

I bought this for my son and he loves it. He has done the other Querkles books and is a huge fan! He also is a fan of Wallace and Gromit so this was clearly a win-win.

I love these books . I have a lot of pain and limited to medicine that can help due to reactions. I can get lost in the therapy this book gives.You rock !!

Love my querkles

This book, as all Thomas Pavitte's book is fantastic! I have all the Querkles collection, and I enjoy coloring them. The fun starts by choosing the five colors depending on the image or just randomly selecting them, and then coloring each circle, to end up revealing a wonderful creation! Definitely a must have.I just wait for new Querkles books!

the coloring is very interesting, but its condition is not very good, there are yellow spots on all the pages, apparently this book was stored in poor conditions, it does not look new!
