The belt feels very expensive despite the low price. The lever “flick” that the lever does is very satisfying. I’m 5”8 and about 226 lbs and the 10mm fits me well. Good for powerlifting bench, deadlift, or squat

This belt is awesome and i got it on a great deal. for the first few months it is a little stiff but it becomes soft after some time

I'm actually almost too small for this belt. i'm wearing it on 1st hole. I see quite few people saying it is coming undone on them. if it does, you dont have it tight enough. it should feel like a corset. you should not be able to slide a skinny hand betweem you and the belt. i was wearing it on 2nd hole & it kept coming undone. I tslked to my trainer & he said it wasnt tight enough. After I made it a hole smaller, i've had no issues. it does take time getting used to the tightness.

I was skeptical about this belt due to the price. However, I use this belt 4-5 times a week for the past two months. The belt offers very reasonable quality and significant support. If you're used to Velcro belts, this will be a significant upgrade.

The belt is high quality material and extremely well made.I initially ordered a size L and it was too small (I am a size 36 in pants) and I sent them an email saying I would need to return it for an XL and within an hour they responded saying they were going to refund me and to keep it and give it to a family member or friend. I immediately ordered the XL and love the product and love the customer service.Thanks!
