This HMB did its job! Better than i expected. I felt stronger almost immediately. Muscle sprains seemed to heal faster. Decent price, small size. I tried HMB from another co because they said Nutrija was discontinued plus it was more capsules for less. But other brand didn’t do as well. So I’m going back to Nutrija if i can find it
