Good product, delayed delivery with almost no communication.
Product seems fine, just as advertised although I haven't used it. But, there clearly is a problem with the seller. The product was shipped 2 weeks plus after the promised date with no communication from the seller. Their tracking information showed it had been shipped on time, but UPS said only that a label had been created and nothing had been shipped. Did receive several updates directly from Amazon saying the shipment had been delayed and I could request a refund, which I did not. Most Amazon sellers are very communicative, but not this one.
