Me and My Pets Car Booster Seat Cushion

We got this car seat for our dog as he is so small he couldn’t see out of the window on the old one. I didn’t like the ones that are suspended as they are a bit flimsy. This one is just right for our 5kg Chihuahua cross. He has enough room to stretch out and sleep. The sides are all wide enough and soft enough so that he can rest his head on it to sleep and also sturdy enough so he can stand his paws on to look out of the window. I noticed a lot of people take the pillow out and did the same as this gives him some hight to the sides which I feel is safer for him. The only thing that could be improved is to make it curved at the back as left a gap but I did put the cushion from the inside down the back which was an idea from another review. It’s very wide so also think could be slightly smaller so bit of an awkward fit in the back of my car. It’s not something that is a big issue though and still think it’s the best car seat I have found for our small dog. He loves being able to see out of the window and is safe so overall really glad I picked this one. I also like that the covers are easy to wipe clean. We put a blanket in the space where the pillow was and works for us.

Fabulous car seat for my ShihTzu, in fact at the moment I am seating both my ShihTzus in the one seat as one is still only 7mths old. One is fine for them both for short journeys as it contains two harness points but for long trips I would recommend one for each dog if they may need to lie down or sleep. I find no need for the inner cushion and prefer the dogs to sit deeper in the seat as feels safer. Seat is made from solid foam so remains comfortable and gives room to place a small blanket if preferred. The cover is wipeable, removable and washable. The seat is very easy to fix or remove from the car and gives the dogs a perfect view out of the window. I purchased the seat 3mths ago and wanted to use it multiple times before giving a review. I still love it and highly recommend.

My westie was bit hesitant but now she loves to sleep in the raised bed and check whats going on during longer rides.It is good sturdy bed but I wish there were more security elements as it feels like if we stop fast she will fall.Also you need a little blanket if you want your dog comfy as the material is not soft.We took out the pillow as she is 8kg so it was making the bed too small. But it is perfect for smaller doggies so great to have the option to ise with or without.

Our Senior Cavalier loves to be able to look out and see when in the car - which she also LOVES. This super padded booster seat lets her see everything. Super easy to install and has lead hooks to her collar so it's really safe too. Gives her a really high up position and she loves it - she just hasn't told her face yet....

Good size for our two dogs to sit up and look out the windows. Only space for one of them to lie down with comfort. Good quality and perfect height.

I debated for ages before I ordered this as the dimensions were slightly too big for my car (punto grande), I’m so glad I took the chance though as it is perfect for my small shih tzu x. Even though it’s bigger than my seat width I’m still able to position it so that it can be used along with the other two back seats (without boosters, would only be able to use one seat with this if I needed child seat or booster) and is secured safely too.I’ve taken the cushion out to lower it slightly as I felt for my small pup it would prevent him slipping around in the back but he can still easily see out of the window to watch the world go by when we’re on our journeys. He’s only just over 4kg but long- he can move around easily to get comfy and sprawl out to sleep too.The harness clip is good but I do use one around the headrest too as it seems more secure, I think if he weighed more it would pull a bit on the fabric possibly causing it to split away at some point. Overall this is really good value for money, sturdy and seems made to last.

This is a great bed but it is very very small. Sent it back because it wasn’t big enough for a pug

I have a little cross breed ,jack Russell and a Shih Tzu ,about 9 kg . The seat is perfect, really sturdy, padded well. Maisie can comfortably lay down. Or loves to sit up and see out of the window. Easy to wipe clean. Would certainly recommend itCould seat two dogs but sitting up.
