No Odor When Delivered
I’ve heard that getting a baby nest for the newborn is a good idea so I purchased this product to give it a try. This snuggle nest is incredibly soft and cozy. The materials feel high quality and breathable, no unpleasant odor at all right after taking out from the package, which gives us peace of mind. My baby is not born yet but I wish the design can hug her and make her feel secure.

Must have for newborn comfort
Absolutely love this baby nest lounger! As new parents, we were looking for a safe, cozy space for our little one to relax during supervised awake time—and this exceeded our expectations. The quality is top-notch. The fabric is soft and breathable, gentle on our baby’s sensitive skin, and the cushioning is plush without being too bulky. It gives our newborn a snug, womb-like feeling that helps him settle easily, whether he’s lounging, playing, or just observing the world around him.

Quality
It looks comfy. I am being induced on the 15 so I haven’t tried this yet. But the quality is there! I’ve been looking for something organic and great quality. I do not intend to use it my baby’s bassinet because it clearly says not to. But I will use it everywhere else including her bassinet stroller.Fair price, quality, soft.Edited. So i do use this in my baby’s bassinet because she likes to roll to her side. I love this thing. She loves it. I use it everywhere. In her bed, in my bed, in her bassinet stroller. It’s a wonderful product.

Ruined in wash
After washing the internal padding got turned around and tangled up, and there’s no way to get in there and fix it without cutting it open since there isn’t a zipper. This needs to be redesigned so that the outside can we washed and then easy reassembled.

Adjustable is a plus !
I purchased this newborn lounger for my cousin. She just gave birth and said this has been a lifesaver. It is very comfortable for baby and the fact that it is adjustable will allow her to maximize the time she uses this. Her baby has already had an accident and the lounger did well in the washer! I'm glad I purchased this !

Corrals newborns but nightmare to wash
I got this to keep my little guy from rolling around as much when he was little when I'd bring him in bed with dad and I for a short time right before dad woke up every morning after baby and I woke from our sleep in another room. When he outgrew the length, it was easy to remove the velcro bumper. As other reviewers mentioned, when you wash it, it bunches up something horrible. After I washed it the first time, I was able to flatten it back out after pinching it and shifting the cover for 10 min or so while I watched TV. After the second wash, I couldn't get it to flatten out at all. I ended up cutting the end of it wide enough to remove the whole inner liner which was bunched up and somehow totally backwards so the wide part was up in the head section of the outer part. After pulling it out, I could get the fabric to unhook from itself and reinsert it in the right direction. I think it could be solved if the manufacturer or even the buyer stitched the inner fabric to the outer shell in a few critical places or even the whole way around so that the fabric wouldn't shift. Stains from milk dribble came out easily and I like now that he's bigger that it's an extra layer of fabric to prevent milk or diaper leaks from making contact with our mattress, but washing it just really sucks unless you cut it open a little. I haven't tried to wash it a third time so I'm not sure how the insert will wash now that the hole is in it, or if the insert would withstand being washed loose with the rest of the laundry load. At least we don't plan to use it much longer regardless.I do think it helped when we traveled on vacation when he was 4 months old that he had something to sleep on that smelled like home. He had no trouble sleeping in a new space with it along without it being as much asphyxiation risk as a blanket. If your baby slept face down, it could pose a suffocation risk being as it's not as hard or flat as a firm mattress so use this with caution. I didn't really worry about it because I was always with him when it was in use, but if you left this in a crib, per se, and your baby is alone in a crib in another room, I would not trust it unattended.
