Great mussels
These are some of the best tinned mussels. Classic garlic lemon herb flavor with lots of little garlic, herb, and onion chunks, and very tender. No sand or grit. Good olive oil flavor. We pack alessi garlic bruschette toasts with a tin of these on hikes and it's the best. The tins are packed to the brim with mussels too. You can cook up a little angel hair and toss a tin of these on top for a good fast meal

CA Prop 65 Warning for Lead
These are delicious, but a quick google search will inform you that all variations of the Patagonia mussels have a Prop 65 warning on them for lead levels above what is considered safe by the state of CA. Not worth it, look elsewhere for a safer product. Wish I searched before eating and I’m surprised that Whole Foods sells these.
