When I received the laptop, the first thing I did was charge it. When the battery showed full, I unplugged the charger. After 30 seconds to a minute, the battery level dropped to 6%. This behavior was repeatable every time I plugged and then unplugged the charger. The next day, the laptop just started boot looping. I needed this for school and it arrived just in time....too bad it doesn't work. Maybe actually refurbish the "refurbished" items you're selling? Just a thought. Now I know better.
