Great service and good quality product all round - lovely tap and looks great on the kitchen sink !The tap fixing rod could have been much longer as we struggled to tighten the tap once fitted into the sink - finally got there after ordering a longer rod to tighten the tap’s fixing nut.Great product and fantastic price - really pleased with the results !

I had to buy a new kitchen tap after a so called plumber wrecked my previous fitment.I ordered this late in the day and it was delivered the next morning, so excellent delivery time. It's very competitively priced; I visited the local builders merchant and all their taps were more expensive and didn't look to be good quality. I like the fact that this has a 10 year warranty. I'm not a plumber, but this item is a decent weight, it looks and feels solid and it's very well presented in quality packaging, with full fitting instructions and a colour leaflet with other Hapilife tap and other hardware fittings.A plumber has fitted this tap today. He removed the damaged mixer and had this replacement fully installed within 20 minutes. He commented that it's easy to fit, straightforward and it's a really good tap. I'm happy with it; it looks contemporary, all the necessary fittings are supplied and it should last for years. My water supply is direct from mains, not a gravity system and it's working well. Absolutely delighted.

I bought this tap to replace a Franke tap that had rusted in just a few years. The tap was quite easy to install, it looked good and worked vey well for almost 2 years before it started to leak. I contacted Hapilife, provided evidence of the leak, and they quickly responded and sent replacement cartridges. The cartridge they sent was the wrong size, but again they quickly responded and everything was sorted out.If the tap hadn't leaked I would have given it 5 *, certainly 5* for the customer service.

I was a bit sceptical about the product due to its price but having now installed it i am extremely pleased. The mixer tap is a good size and functions perfectly, is sturdy and expensive looking.

Good for the money. Just be aware this is a big tap! Also doesn't feel the sturdiest in the world.

Maybe I’m installing it wrong but I had an issue. The tap has quite a wide base (where it sits on the sink) and when I placed it on the sink it couldn’t sit flush because there was a lip in the sink running behind the back of the pre-cut hole. In order to get the tap to sit flush I had to reverse it which meant the taps turn on by pushing them away rather than pulling them. If it was the kitchen I would re-order but these are only in a utility so they will do.. we’ll get used to them! However if you are buying for a kitchen I would make sure you have a decent sized flat area around the hole where the tap is going to sit (maybe 7cm diameter) so you can sit the tap flush.Apart from that they seem great. Nice finish and look good - feel fairly solid.
