Q: Does it work with the 42" LG C2?

Our PS2S Monitor arm can support monitors up to 49" in length. As long as your monitor has VESA 100x100mm or 75x75mm mounts, it can be mounted to our PS2S.

Q: Last Arm i bought had to be set high for it not to Tilt i returned it, will this happen if i set it Low way i would like it to be???

The PS2S is capable of tilt, pivot, swivel, and height adjustment. You should be able to tighten the joint where the arm connects to the monitor so that it will not tilt downward. If you are referring to its height, this model is heavy-duty and should hold its height adjustment well.

Q: how far away from the wall does the desk have to be to use this?

It would depend how u fold the arms. I have mine about 5 inches away

Q: Will it work for Samsung g9?

Yes,but you will have tighten the hex bolts on the arms. Works great with mine.
