Unfortunately, my experience with this product was akin to expecting a Shakespearean play and ending up with a jumbled script. Advertised as a snug, secure haven for medical devices, it turned out to be more elusive than a pleasant Monday morning. Imagine my dismay at the absence of such a crucial feature.Then came the curious case of the fit – or rather, the misfit. The instructions, oh dear, they required the use of Velcro which I suspect came from a lot that failed quality control. Does not lay flat as in description. Poorly designed. The grip material on the inside of the holder is a strip down the middle with nothing to adhere and prevent rolling/slipping on the free edges. Material rolls and bunches even when sitting/standing still. Slips down when walking. Minimed 780g fits without silicone case and clip but in order to make it fit you have to insert it into the holder before you wrap it around your leg. I’m seriously disappointed. For $40 I expected better. 0 stars. Tried it on once and the material is pilling from the hook and loop closure. Returning for a refund and looking for another solution.

I was looking for something to enable me to wear my pump with a dress, so I was excited when I saw this product. Unfortunately, it didn't work well for me. The pouch opening is too small for me to fit my Tandem t:slim X2 through, so I ended up just slipping the pump's belt clip into the pouch, but that's less secure. My second issue is that I had trouble wrapping the belt tightly enough around my thigh to prevent sliding while I walk, and then I had some trouble with the sides rolling down. This seems like it could be a nice belt if it fits your pump, but it just didn't work well for me.

Good size for any thigh. Velcro is soft and it stays in place.

Was hoping to use this so I could wear a beautiful Roberto Cavalli dress while in Vegas . Dress was knit and had no room for anything so really wanted this to work and be comfortable and reliable . Unfortunately was a no go. To much fuss. Would not stay. Could only be work outer thigh , not inner . Would not stay up. Had to got with the bra, and a center “square” chested look. Least accessible for adjusting and bolusing as well. There are still few options for reliably wearing a pump with fashion in an accessible way!

Very comfortable. A couple of things. 1. The pump is easy to take out while on leg, however I have had to take it off in order to get the pump back into the pouch, because it will not slide back in. 2. The side roll down while wearing. Other than that it is comfortable and unnoticeable.

The URSA Health: Ultra Soft, Slim & Stretchy Thigh Belt Insulin Pump Holder is very well made and extremely comfortable. I hav used several of these in the past and none are as comfortable as the URSA Health Stretchy Thigh Belt Insulin Pump Holder. the problem is my Medtronic 780G doesn't really fit into the pouch. That is not exactly true as you can get it into the pouch but it takes minutes as the pawning is much smaller than the pump and will not stretch enough to go in easily. And removal is worse. It alerted in the holder and It took minutes to get to it out and deal with it. Really if the pouch opening was bigger I would love this but as is I find it not useful to me at all.

When I received the item it looked to be good quality with extremely strong velcro.My first problem was putting my t-slim pump into the pouch. It went in j(ust) but was incredibly tight. This also made it tricky to remove to administer insulin.The biggest problem was after wearing the pouch for 24 hours it damaged the skin on my leg, cutting through the tissue causing bleeding and painful rub marks.I have worn leg pouches for a number of years and feel the problem with this one is the anti-slip material on the back and the width of the item.I am returning the item and if possible I would give it zoro stars due to my experience.
