Quiet and Super Reliable
I absolutely love this opener. The belt makes it super quiet and connectivity to wifi is a breeze. And if you are replacing an old one you can most likely use existing hardware and wires and just replace the motor and brackets, at least that’s what it did with mine and it was amazing!

New G D opener
Was easy to install and the wiring diagram was much clearer to understand compared to replaced unit.Opens and closes very quietly.

The model received does not have Bluetooth as advertised. You must contact Chamberlain to get it.
I bought this Chamberlain garage door opener, model B2212T. Amazon's product photos shows a picture of a bluetooth symbol on the device. However, the received device does not have such a symbol on it. Furthermore, enclosed is a yellow piece of paper which states the "bluetooth module" was not included due to supply shortages but that a new circuit board can be acquired after July 2022 by contacting Chamberlain.I contacted Chamberlain using the chat system and I explained the above paragraph to them. They asked me for the "Product Serial Number". Once I gave them the Product Serial Number, located under the hood where the light bulb is, they were able to locate the product and order me a circuit board replacement, free of charge. They asked me for my shipping details and FedEx'd me a replacement circuit board. They said it will take 5-7 business days to arrive, and I should expect tracking number form FedEx once it is ready.

It's a garage door opener.
The instructions at times can be confusing showing parts installed incorrectly at times. The remote shown in three pictures was NOT included, but that doesn't bother me as I have other 2 button remotes.I am not able to get the wall mounted remote to operate the door, but that is easily corrected by using a remote.

Nightmare system to work with
Physical install was fine but after that ive had nothing but issues. Trying to get it set up on the app was a pain, took over an hour to finally get the app to connect and since then its been horribly unstable, and filled with ads. Now connecting it to my google home. Got it working and.... now they canceled integration and it doesnt work anymore. Alexa either now from what ive heard. Now to connect with vivint system, call chamberlain and im informed i need to buy an aditional $50 module to connect to vivint, found it here for $30 bought it and called vivint. I never needed the part and had to return it but i do need to sign up for a $50 subscription/year to integrate it with my vivint app... yea not gonna happen cause ive been switching my house over to home assistant anyways so i returned the part, got the stuff set up in home assistant and it worked great on a stable app for once, until chamerlain updates it and it breaks the integration again luckily the home assistant teams are quick to update it and its back up quick with less downtime then the myq app gives me.... until.... chamberlain now cuts off access to myq api and now it cant work with home assistant anymore and many other smart home apps... so now i have a garage door opener that i paid extra for smart functionality but can really only use the basic buttons in the garage and remote clickers to effectively use my garage door because their ad filled app that rarely works isnt worth the struggle. Please buy any other brand. Chamberlain is nothing but a pain to deal with. Ill be tearing mine down and throwing it away soon.

Remotes only work from inside the garage, customer support told me to get lost
Had the product installed professionally. Remotes worked fine when tested upon installation. Then, once placed in the cars and outside the garage they wouldn’t work even when car is right in front of the garage door. Chamberlain customer support said it’s because I have LED bulbs in the garage, and I either switch to incandescent or buy the Chamberlain-made LED bulbs (which wouldn’t even be an option with my fixtures). Then they closed the chat on me. Horrible customer service experience, sold bad product and didn’t own up to it.
