Waited about a week even after paying for the fastest shipping to receive the Armani hat so I was excited about it. Today it arrived and at first glance I was disappointed even before opening the package. It was in a crumpled thin paper bag with no protection of any sort, no bubble wrap or anything. Upon opening it, I saw what I imagined. The back and top part of the hat was wrinkled as was the paper bag it was in. If it was any other company I even would have expected this but Armani? Just dumping a high end hat in a thin paper bag and shipping it? Really? Not even a box so the hat won't lose its shape? Is that too much to ask for? Guess I won't be attempting to buy another hat online from Armani again. Disrespect to the customer at the highest level. Another thing to mention which is probably minor in contrast to the lack of good packaging is the tag inside the hat where it mentions about materials , how to clean it etc... well, does that have to be like 3.5 inches long? When you wear a hat usually you don't want a long tag coming going down over your ear. It could of been much shorter without the need for the buyer having to cut it.
