For a several month trip, I needed a way to prepack both my many meds, those of my spouse and our many supplements so they would be easy to take and take up less room that the big old bottles. These worked perfectly! I first laid down 7 vitamon bottle caps as holders, then placed a weeks worth of pills in each one. Then it was easy to tip each into each bag. I then used a marker to mark each bad with initials and morn, nite, bedtime etc. More time to enjoy trip, less time messing with bottles. These bags are super strong and tough! Ive already decided to keep them on hand for shorter trips, and to store small items suck as earrings, beads, screws, and who knows what else! They are as thick or thicker perhaps than freezer bags, the closure is a zip lock that holds well and the size works freat for so many things.

These are sturdy little zip-lock bags. Great for portioned controlled nuts/snacks. I sometimes store small items such as paperclips/hair clips in them to prevent things from sliding around in a drawer. Very handy!
