From other brands of Omega I used over the years this one gives me the best results and caplsules does not have the fishy smell or bad aftertaste as some omega 3 suplements. Higly recommend the Nordic Omega3 + COQ10.

Fishy aftertaste
When using other products, I often experience a fishy aftertaste an hour after consumption, especially when burping. However, with this product, that feeling is completely gone. It doesn’t seem to have any connection to fish at all.
