You get 2 small bottles so you can easily take these with you to the gym or when traveling. If you have a large area you need to put this on, it won't last long as they are so small. But for small areas, like feet or insect bites, these are great. They do help me on both pains and itches. Just make sure to wash your hands very well after using them.
