Cool gadget
At first, I was disappointed to see an AC power cord, thinking it was totally wireless, but after learning how the technology works, battery powered would not be possible. This device sticks to the glass quite well. Does the cleaning sprays cleaning fluid when necessary and it never falls off. Unlike my robotic lawnmower, this device works with just a single button press, no Bluetooth no Wi-Fi, no satellites, it finds the borders of the window and cleans everything.

Technology isn’t there with this unit
Works good if you have a square edge around windows, but most our windows have a beveled edge and it continually gets stuck on them. I used it on 6 windows and had trouble with 5, the only one it worked well on was the storm door.

Oh, how I wanted this to work.
The media could not be loaded. Build quality? Excellent.Price? Not that bad, really.Novelty? Off the charts.Effective cleaning window? Not so much.I love gadgets, and I really wanted this to work because many of my outside windows are large and mostly out of reach. But who was I kidding? The robot spends most of its energy just sticking to the window (with a vacuum), and the teeny tiny rag it uses to clean is about 1/100th the size of the rags I use when cleaning the same window. You'll be changing the rag often... very often. It didn't bother me that it was loud or that it took a long time. It didn't bother me that the power cord dangled down while it was zigging and zagging across the window. Not even a little. What bothered me was that even after using it two or even three times on the same window, the final result was far from perfect—very far. Streaks are a matter of course, and it will never satisfy my wife's critical eye.So, I sent it back. Honestly, I wanted to keep it just for the treat of watching it work. I never thought for a second it would fall. It's not a scam or trick; it's just a lot of work to get outside windows clean, and this little thing isn't big enough to be up to the task. So it's back to the drawing board for me, and in the meantime, I'll be hanging off a ladder to get my windows nice and clean. Not great, but better than streaks.

Ease to use - works great - 8 cleaning cloths - buying a second one!
I had ordered another company’s product and it did not spray. This one works very well. It is a little less expensive than the other models and it has more cleaning cloths than others. The 8 cleaning cloths are great because you constantly need to change them as you are cleaning. The cloths clean easily in the laundry. It works so well, is light weight ease to use - I am buying a second one for my mother.

Reliable and Useful
I have been using Yoolax motorized blinds for a few years now. They have been spectacular all around. I was excited when they came out with the window cleaner machine. I bought one for test, and it was one of my best decision ever! Since I have large windows at heights, it would be very difficult for me to climb up and clean those windows. Now with this washer, I can simply put the machine on my window and leave it for it to do the job. I would recommend this product to those who needs their window clean with ease!

Works well for most windows but as you can guess, it does not do well on angled windows.
This works fairly well. It cleans light stains and dust but it has only wiping action and no scrubbing so some stains cannot be removed even with muliple passes. The idea you can use the safety rope is not very practical since there is usually nothing to hook it to that is the right distance to keep it from hitting the floor. I just attached the rope to the cord so it would not get in the way. The suction is reliable on a dry window so the risk of falling is minimal. Dont spray anything on the treads so it will have good traction. You may have to experiment with the amount of cleaner to spray onto the pad.
