I was hesitant to buy this massage office chair with some negative review content, but its features and product pictures gave me great imagery about comfort, while not all of them were negative, so I decided to buy this chair and give it a try. Now that I'm using the chair, I'd like to share my experience with it.The process of assembling the chair was quick and easy, I followed the instructions exactly and quickly found all the parts I needed to assemble it, it took about five minutes of prep time to sort through all the parts. In the end, only one tool was needed and it took about 20 minutes to complete all the assembly of the office chair. Of course if you use a tool that is a little more specialized, the time you spend may be a few minutes faster.When it comes to the material, you don't have to worry about it, it's just as the business describes, the leather looks premium and feels soft to the touch. The rollers are very stable. The base is made of metal, so it feels very sturdy to me. Although I have doubts about the merchant's description that says it can hold up to 500 pounds, it's sturdy enough for my 259 pounds. Hahaha, I think it should be surrounded by few friends who weigh 500 lbs.The most worthwhile thing to say is its massage function, its massage function is certainly can not be compared with more than $1,000+ of professional massage chairs, but I think it is within $300+ is the most cost-effective, it is beyond the market in the sale of $200 of massage office chairs, it is the massage technique is kneading, very comfortable, and alleviate my back fatigue. I can also always use the cushion to cushion my lower back when I feel the massage is too strong. Compared to a $200 massage chair I purchased before, it doesn't deserve to be called a massage chair, it's massage is just horrible vibrating noise.I am very happy with this upgrade to my office chair! I recommend it.

You must use the added lumbar cushion or the massagers will jab you in the back. Also, because it is designed for reclining, the mounting point of the seat is offset towards the back of the seat. This is perfect for literally napping in your chair but otherwise, feels like you are leaning forward out of it.

Pros: The chair is well made. Parts come together nicely. Instructions are really easy. Good materials and sturdy build. Massager works well and isn't loud.Cons: Don't lean to far back or the chair will tip. (That is with any chair but this chair is top heavy so leaning all the way back can tip it.) The massager can be felt so the cushion helps when the massage is not in use. The foot stool is nice but it feels like over time it might not hold up.Overall this is still a very nice chair. I mention the cons more or less to know what to expect from this product.

Chair is comfortable as long as you leave the lumbar pillow on. If you remove it you can feel the massage balls directly in your back and it’s really uncomfortable.

As I sit in this chair to type this review, there are many positive and constructive things to comment...The padding and cushions are much better than a previous chair I purchased, the additional pillow thats included is good for back support as well as an additional underside cushion when needed.The size of the chair is also ideal as it does not feel constrictive and the harder materials don't dig into my thighs as many others do, the height can be easily adjusted and does not gradually descend as I notice other chairs do.The reclining feature is also ideal in that it can be precisely adjusted, I've only had one instance where the recline lever popped to lock into place and it busted my nail and was very painful, mostly my own mistake but something to be careful of.Definitely don't understate the useful massage feature, it can be very soothing, I dont personally find it a key feature but it is a nice touch.As far as constructive feedback, the wires for the massage chair easily get tangled underneath the chair, and as I mentioned earlier, the reclining lever has a tendency to snap to lock and that can be painful if a person is not careful.Only other constructive feedback is sometimes the chair can topple over if a person was to sit on the edge and lean over to tie their shoes for example, this is common in many chairs on wheels like this one.I also didnt mention the extendable feet because I personally dont use it, but it also adds to the issue of the chair toppling over due to the common construction of office chairs built on wheels such as this one.Overall for a person looking for a comfortable chair with extra padding and extra features like the massage or extra cushion this is the one!

If you need a chair asap, then this is NOT the chair you should get. This companys delivery team with fedex is terrible! I placed the order on January 2nd and recieved it today and it’s the 31st of january. Now that I have finally recieved the chair let me start by saying this.1) the packaging is great and to assemble everything it took me roughly about 10-15 min which is great!2) the chair is comfy and great size overall. I’m 5’9 and my head can’t go over the headrest.3) the massager is nice! One of the modes on it makes it sqweek quite loudly going against the leather. But overall the massager is great.4) I recommend getting some good aftermarket wheels since this is more of a luxurious chair, the wheels it came with are just a really poor quality plastic wheels and will break fast.5) overall the chair is a big upgrade compared to my old chair and is way more comfier, good leather quality, great stability and more! I would give this chair a solid 9 out of 10. The only big downside is just the delivery.
