I purchased Healthy You Low Density Soft/Medium Foam Physical Therapy Roller to help with back, pelvic and hip stretches. A lesser priced roller I bought was almost as hard as a rock. This one is firm but it has a little give and is much more comfortable.

Exactly what I was looking for
This foam roller has some give. Not rock hard like some rollers. But enough support to get in to those tender hip areas. And I want to note: NO OFF GASSING! This is important to me because I have high sensitivity in that area.
