It protects and charges the ear piece and has a external charging port for a addition ear piece.

I bought this to charge my V5200 earpiece. Since I have had this, it has been a pain to open the little charge cover and the the connector in it.Since getting this, nothing could be easier. To top it off, I can take the charger with me and recharge my earpiece at any time connection or not.It sits well in the cradle on top of the charger as well as inside when you want to put it up.Great device glad I bought it.

This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a product on Amazon in a long time. I have completely wasted my money. Unfortunately, I kept this charger as an emergency backup. So I am sure I am past the time I can send it back. The contacts in the case does not charge the headset unless you place it in there just right. If you close the case, it no longer charges. This makes the case worthless for me. I wish I had known this prior to purchasing this item.

It can look like the case is keeping the headset charged, but be sure to have the headset off or it’ll be dead when you go to use it. Otherwise a great gadget.

Cheap thin plastic hinges don't seem very sturdy other reviews that I read say it breaks on the hinges and other minor difficulties so far it works for me but every time I open it I cringe with the cracking noise from those cheap hinges lightweight hinges not sturdy hinges so buyer beware it may not stay as one piece if the hinges break but it charges fine and even though it seems lightweight and fragile so far on my limited use of it it's performing adequately

The charging box is awesome it works better than I expected.

Very convenient to use. However, we bought two of these cases, and within six months both lids to the clam shell case have broken.

Don't know how it's going to hold up. Time will tell.
