I use these constantly. I found this brand to be accurate and in sync with the airport machines. I do not travel without this machine or batteries to keep it working. I recommend this product!

This luggage scale is not accurate. I compared it to another accurate hand held luggage scale and it varies between 1.13 pounds to 1.62 pounds. I’m returning this and looking for another luggage scale.

We've used these for years. The design is ergonomically easy to suspend a heavy suitcase--the plastic grip is smooth with finger holds. With airlines overweight fees high it is important to weigh luggage. We travel to a second home and our suitcases are usually stuffed. These scales tell us when we need to redistribute weight between suitcases. AND invaluable when returning home from overseas trips after packing purchases.

I'm reviewing Akozon Balanzza Luggage Scales with LCD Digital Display, Ocs‑8, 50kg/110lb.This luggage scale is accurate at the lower range. I weighed a full overnight bag and compared the weight to a known accurate scale and they were within a couple ounces of each other. I didn't have anything in the upper end of this scale's range to weigh, so can't speak to the accuracy for higher weights.This scale has a strong woven fabric strap with a buckle that attaches to a luggage handle, so the item being weighed must have a handle. So it wouldn't be appropriate for weighing something like a box, but that's clear in the description.The unit is made of hard black ABS plastic with an LCD display. There's a grip design molded into the sides of the scale making it easy to control and hold. The LCD is bright enough for the data to be easily read.It measures in Lb, oz, N, and Kg. It also shows the temperature in °C. Once the weight is measured, it beeps and holds the temperature on the display until you can read it.The directions don't tell you how to hold the unit. At first I was holding it straight up (the top towards the ceiling, and the bottom towards the floor). I was not getting accurate readings, and it was difficult to read the display. Once I tried holding it parallel to the floor, it worked accurately and the display became much easier to read.As per the description, it requires 2 AAA batteries that are not included.The current price of $14.05 seems reasonable to me.As a side note, this Akozon Balanzza Luggage Scale is made in China.

It comes in very handy, value for your money.
