This is SSC813 for white dial. SSC819 is black.

The SSC813 we deliver comes with authentication card and you can register online with Seiko.

Q: I ordered this watch and it does not have a screw in crown?

Correct. It has 100m of water resistance but does not have a screw down crown. I had mine tested to be sure the water resistance was solid, and it was. You should be ok with the water resistance, but if you’re skeptical, have it tested at a local watch repair shop.
